Each month Naples greatest chefs will co-host a dinner at M Grille. We'll have a featured ingredient for each event. Chef's will prepare 2 courses and then collaborate on a dessert. Our next Chef's Dinner is on August 29. Call 239.263.4421 for reservations.

Wine by the Glass
This month we are featuring Conundrum.
What is that wonderfully robust, floral and bright tropical taste? Is it green apple, tangerine or honeysuckle? Could it possibly be apricot, melon, pear or light vanilla? That’s the Conundrum. Our proprietarily secretive blend of California white grapes create a lush, creamy texture that leads to the mouth-watering question, “Mmmm, what’s in there?” We’re not telling. Food For Thought
This month I had the opportunity to spend a week with my father in Napa Valley. We ate at reputable restaurants including: The French Laundry, Bouchon, Bottega, Dry Creek Kitchen, Ubuntu, Mustard’s, Willi’s, Redd, Boon Fly Café, CIA Greystone and Boulevard (in San Francisco). Walking through each restaurants' garden and touring their kitchens gave me inspiration for this seasons menu.
Food and wine pairings are essential for me to fully enjoy a dining experience. We toured and tasted at the following vineyards: Jordan, Chalk Hill, Caymus, Cakebread, ZD Wines, Peju, Continuum, Silver Oak, Mumm and Conn Creek. Dad and I were walking through the grape fields and tasting wines straight from the barrel with the winemakers…it was very special. The featured wine above, Conundrum, has always been a favorite of mine. Touring Caymus gave me a better appreciation of how it is produced and what the winemakers do to make it so special.
I’m excited to bring my experience from the wine country to your plate this season. We are also preparing for an exciting Summer Chef Series with Vincenzo and Mike of Campiello’s and Café Lurcat using Petrossian Caviar as our featured ingredient. There will be fun surprises and creative food and wine pairings. Call to book now. This dinner is almost sold out!
