Wine Down Wednesday (Every Wednesday)
Every Wednesday, enjoy Live Jazz and Complimentary Tasting's 5 to 8pm. George Quinn, Director of Food & Beverages has selected refreshing wines for you to sample.
Flatbread's for Foster Children (Every Saturday in January)
Collier County foster children will be preparing flatbread from 11am to 1pm to promote the event. We will be donating the proceeds of their flatbread to the Friends of Foster Children. Friends of Foster Children provides what the state does not, such as enrichment activities (football, gymnastics and music lesson fees), clothing, birthday gifts and tutoring.

Peter's Wine Pick Of The Month
DUCKHORN CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2006: This bold and age-worthy wine brings together grapes from three estate vineyards to offer a classic
expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, subtle notes of herb, spice, toffee and
mocha mingle with layers of cassis, currant and black raspberry to add complexity and elegance.
This wine also incorporates a significant amount of fruit. The result is a wine that strikes a balance between dark fruit, oak and tannins. Though a big, structured and age-worthy wine, the tannins are beginning to soften, framing both the fruit and the oak-inspired vanilla and cocoa notes. Click here to see our wine list.
Food For Thought

Happy New Year to you all. I hope this year brings health, happiness and success to everyone.
Things are warming up at M, and we want you to come check us out. The new lunch, brunch, lounge, dinner
and dessert menus are getting great reviews. We made some great adjustments to each menu towards
the end of the year, so if you haven’t been by recently, it is time. Our dessert menu now offers delicious
favorites such as Mascarpone Panna Cotta, Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart and the newest addition,
Chocolate Cheese & Berries. This plate features hand crafted chocolates by Norman Love, cheeses
offered by Caroline Hostettler “The Cheese Lady”, and a variety of macerated seasonal berries. YUM.
Start making those Valentines Day plans soon, and call us for an early reservation. We will offer
our regular menu along with some delicious features for “two”. Also the Southwest Florida Food and
Winefest is towards the end of February and this year is setting up to be a big hit.
Mark your calendars for February 26, 2011 and help us raise $1 million for the Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. The auction will be held at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club following the Chef Vintner Dinners on the 25th.
